I know the big celebration of the Fourth of July is over and the fire works is just a memory, but do we remember why we celibate. I hope it is never just a memory. There are men and women all across the globe sacrificing in one way or another to ensure our freedoms stay intact. I have had the great opportunity these past few months to photograph many families with sons and daughters be deployed over sees. Some families were celebrating the return of a loved one. I love the profession I have chosen, because I get to be a part of these great occasions, and in helping preserve a moment in time of the someone’s family forever.
In the up coming fall months we will again be part of the “Portraits of Love” were will be photographing families serving our great country. While a mother or father a wife or husband my not b ing the portrait we will photographing the family that is here and sending a 5×7 to their loved one over seas serving, for free, as a remind to why they are doing what they are doing. As the fall season approaches we will be sending out more info about the “portraits of Love” program.
